"Returns , Exchanges & Restocking Fee"

You have 15 days to decide if the item is right for you. Celectronics Computers Solutions will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. How do I return an item? The original Packing Slip must be enclosed with all returns or exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the original packing slip. Your package contains a Return and Exchange Form along with detailed instructions on how to return an item. You can use our return label which is included in your package. The return shipping fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. If you have lost the return form you can contact Customer Service at (407-796-3168). For a new return address label, please contact Customer Service. If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Celectronics Computers Solutions is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Celectronics Computers Solutions. Celectronics Computers Solutions does not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds for online purchases Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. The following items have a restocking fee if returned by any customers as follows: Cell Phones and Devices that Can Be Activated, and Unlocked Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Desktop Computers, Drones, DSLR Cameras and Lenses, Mirrorless Cameras and Lenses, Projectors and Special Order Products there will be a restocking fee of 15% of item purchase price credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Exchanging items in the online store Fill out the Return and Exchange form and indicate the item(s) that you would like to exchange. Pack your exchange securely in the original package and attach the return label. Read the delivery note that comes with your package for more information. We do not accept exchanges after 15 days of the original purchase. Returns or exchanges to Celectronics Computers Solutions at P. O. Box 161898, Altamonte Springs ,Florida 32716 . We are unable to accept returns of merchandise purchased online at our Celectronics Computers Store. Order Cancellation You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Celectronics Computers may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
