Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently do offer shipping in select countries listed; Canada, British Virgin Islands, and Bahamas for an expedited fee.
Do you ship to freight forwarder addresses? No, we do not ship to freight forwarders.
How long does shipping take?
Your order should be delivered within 5 to 7 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes. Shipping is available within the US and we deliver to P.O. boxes.
Will I be charged for taxes?
The amount of tax charged on your order will depend upon many factors including Identity of the seller, type of item purchased, and destination of the shipment.

What is your returns policy?
Do you refund?
Yes we do offer refund but in most cases the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
