Battery life is an Apple-estimated 40 hours of music playback and 8 hours of video playback.Unlike earlier iPod touch models, which have been black or white (or even just black), the iPod touch (5th Gen) models sport aluminum "unibody" cases originally offered in six different color choices -- dark gray "slate" (which has a black glass front) along with silver, pink, yellow, blue, and red (which have white glass fronts).
